Job Listing: Executive Assistant - DC
Volt is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for our national client, whose office is in downtown Washington, D.C., accessible by public transit. Candidate would be responsible for supporting a manager at the VP level. Position is a contract position to start as soon as possible and continue through the end of the year 2008.
Duties would include use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint in support of executives, including calendar management, typing and running reports.

Required Skills
* Minimum 5 RECENT years as Executive Assistant supporting VP or higher
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
