A leading provider of VoIP Broadband telephone services is looking to hire an Account Manager.
Our Client is in the process of expanding their workforce in their new facility. They are currently looking for people with strong customer service skills to assist customers with any problems that they may be experiencing, as well as retaining their business with the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Account Manager will:
Retain Our Client's customers via inbound calls.
Meet all save rate standards.
Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the Customer Care experience.
Show proven aptitude and knowledge of Sales and Customer Service retention capabilities.
Work closely with all departments to resolve customer issues (i.e. service/technical issues, billing, credit adjustments cancellation request, etc.)
Identify reasons for customer dissatisfaction or disconnection request in a timely manner.
Provide customer feedback findings to Management.
Provide operational and system suggestions to Management.
Meet standardized goals and objectives as established by the Management team.
Usually works independently; occasionally, as part of a team.
This is a position with rotating shifts. The first shift begins at 8am and the third shift ends at 9pm, Monday through Friday only.

This is a Direct Hire position, through Volt Technical Resources - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, based in Raleigh, NC. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Southeast.
Required Skills
Required Skills for this Customer Service/Account Management/Retention position include the following:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Must demonstrate creative and independent thinking skills
Must be flexible with hours and work overtime as needed
Previous Call Center, Sales and Customer Service experience desired
Excellent computer skills a must
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent degree
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance required
