Job Listing: Receptionist - Manufacturing
Volt Technical Resources is assisting a local manufacturing firm in their search for a Receptionist. This is a contractual opportunity, with the ability to go direct for the right person. Compensation for this opportunity depends on experience.
As the Receptionist for such a large company, the first duty is answering the phone in a timely manner and with a professional attitude. Making sure you are transferring callers to the correct individual, and taking accurate messages in a timely manner is very important. Candidate will be in charge of money reconciliation; therefore our chosen candidate will have strong math abilities. Another duty is new hire/transfer and exit paperwork for employees. This requires strong attention to detail and an understanding of the company's forms. Other duties include: mail distribution, scheduling team meetings, and maintaining office equipment.

Required Skills
At least one year of previous experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. A high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
