Job Listing: Account Executive - Medical Solution sales.

They are looking for the ideal Account Manager to effectively communicate the message that this is "the" premiere testing and research institution in the country -- recognized nationwide for superior customer service and quality in testing. It is the only laboratory in the United States to have achieved the ISO 9001:2000 quality certification and provides pharmaceutical, forensic, clinical and pain management testing.
In calling on prospective clients, the Account Executive will be responsible for creating direct sales of the company's products and services. This person will accomplish this by presenting a compelling story about the company, and then providing in-depth key product information as well as training and demonstrations which bring that message home.
The person selected for this unique position will be responsible for the managing accounts in the state of West Virginia. This will therefore require some limited travel to both client and potential client sites.

Required Skills
The job duties of the Account Executive require that this person demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and excellent judgment. In order to be effective in this position, the Account Manager must exhibit the highest level of ethical behavior and professionalism.
This also requires that the individual chosen for the job must have strong planning and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills. The ideal candidate for this job will be able an independent problem solver who also knows the critical importance of teamwork.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Regional Sales Managers with maintaining and developing existing and new clients using ethical sales methods and relationship building to optimize the company's quality of services, business growth, and client satisfaction
- Using prospecting and cold calling skills in a high-energy team environment, develops new business
- Planning and organizing personal sales activities within an assigned territory to achieve company established sales goals
- Providing training, demonstrations, and other support activities to new and established clients
- Attending local and national marketing activities, conferences, client meetings, trade shows and other functions that facilitate business development and attainment of sales goals
- Determining the appropriate methods for responding to and following up on sales inquiries
- Understanding and analyzing the market
- Communicating all relevant product concerns to the Sales Team and providing advice to address those concerns
- Preparing productivity reports
