Job Listing: Customer Service Reps

Volt is recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to work for a marketing company that is close to the downtown Spokane area.
The ideal candidates will provide customers with exceptional customer service through outstanding communication and accuracy in quotations, orders, and resolution of all customer issues presented.
This is not a call center.

Required Skills

Must have previous customer service experience, especially on the phone and via email. Must have a proven work history with good job tenure. Great data entry and typing skills with good accuracy is required. Must also be proficient in Windows computer systems including Word and Excel. Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug & background screenings.
