Work as a member of the SDO operations team supporting the initial pilot of a new online service offering that will be conducted with a select number of Our Client's channel partners.
Daily Responsibilities:
Development and delivery of training material related to the SDO service offering. Assess operational readiness leading up to the pilot.
Have ongoing involvement with Incident and Problem Management processes.
Work with pilot participants and SDO staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Participate in the definition and application of Continuous Improvement processes.

We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Pacific Northwest.
Required Skills
Required Skills for this Customer Support Engineer position include the following:
1+ years Support Analyst and general hardware and software experience.
Practical Administration experience with ITSM software package such as Remedy, FrontRange, or Infra.
Bonus Skills:
Data analysis, trending and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
Support and/or Technical certifications.
Understand ITIL framework.
Experience with online services.
Experience automating routine tasks using scripting languages such as CMD, VBScript, PowerShell.
