Responsible for requirements analysis, product functional analysis, sub-system allocation, trade studies, risk management, design/development, preparation of proposals, project planning, technical analysis, technical report preparation, and customer presentations.

Required Skills
Must have general knowledge of various electrical, structural and thermodynamic systems.
Understanding of controls, fluids, kinematics and metallurgy.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Project Management Tools with a strong technical background.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is key to this role.
Must be able to form and manage cross-functional teams.
BSEE or BSME required, MSEE or MSME desired.
10 years of progressing engineering development responsibility is preferred.
Proven team leadership experience highly desired. *Must have experience/familiarity with product development for defense applications.
Need a team player.
Must be able to set & achieve goals and be able to prioritize work.
