*The Client Service Representative is responsible for the accurate delivery of depository information through the use of quality customer service skills on the telephone. Maintains a source of information and reference materials as provided to ensure delivery of correct information to all clients, as well as, refer clients to other areas within the company.
*30% of the job entails providing excellent customer service to clients and serves as first resource for info/questions from clients. Communicates effectively with clients utilizing policies and procedures related to areas of responsibility, and maintains effective communication with all levels of managers and team leaders.
*30% of the job entails utilizing computer to obtain first contact information regarding products and services offered by out client.
*20% of the job entails strong level of proficiency in the use of personal computers which included Windows, Word, and Outlook.

Currently we are hiring for the 10am- 7pm shift. The call center is open 7am-10pm daily and Saturdays till 5pm. Up to two Saturdays/ month are required to meet business need. Additionally, the computerized scheduling system schedules shifts within a 45 minute start time of shift, so overlapping of staff can occur. For example, the 10am- 7pm shift employee can be scheduled to work 10-7, 10:15-7:15, 10:30-7:30 or 10:45- 7:45 on any given day.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or work experience is required plus 1 year in customer service.
Exceptional communication skills a MUST!!!!!!!!! Bilingual in English and Spanish are a priority.
Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, and Outlook(email)
Seeking detail oriented individuals with customer service experience and great organizational skills!
If hired for the 10am shift, candidate must be flexible to work until 7:45 pm to accommodate overlapping of personnel as described above.
Candidates must meet strict credit , criminal background (full disclosure, including FBI fingerprinting) and drug screening requirements to qualify.
