We are seeking a top notch Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to work for a leading company in the metro Atlanta area. Day to day duties include but are not limited to handling phones, greeting guests, creating reports and documents, scheduling, coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements, calendar management and clerical tasks such as copying, faxing and filing.
Required Skills
Ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting and be comfortable using computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Internet and e-mail are needed, as well as typing and data entry skills. Candidates must have a stable work history.
