Job Listing: Buyer Planner (Manufacturing)

Volt has an immediate opening with a Colorado Springs Manufacturing company. In this position, you will optimize the inventory of parts for equipment design and manufacture, including identifying vendors, purchasing assigned materials and supplies, and managing cost to ensure company goals are achieved. Specific duties include qualifying vendors to ensure product quality, price, and specifications meet company requirements. Develop production schedules, schedule daily work activities, and conduct daily production meetings to ensure customer delivery dates are adhered to. Coordinate schedule, as necessary, to meet customer demands.
