Job Listing: Product Support Specialist

Volt Technical Resources is looking to fill a 6 month contract position with one of our aerospace companies in the Melbourne, FL area.

This candidate will be responsible for assisting engineers with administrative, documentation, process and general engineering related support activities. You must demonstrate the ability to support several engineers, providing the wide variety of administrative and computer skills to assist engineering projects.
Assignments typically include word processing, data entry and preliminary document preparation utilizing computing resources, i.e., workstations, PC's, etc. Performs as primary focal point for inquiries and problem resolution during the pre-release, release and revision of development/product related documentation.

This position will start off as Part Time and could go to Full Time!

Required Skills

* Bachelor's Degree

* Must be proficient in SAP and Micro Soft Excel

* Project Management Skills, familiar with Maintenance Manuals and Avionics Equipment, and familiar with Major Modification Programs

* Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity

* Assist in generating and processing customer warranty work
