Electrical Design Engineer

Responsible for coordinating tasks relating to engine electrical systems supporting diesel and gas engine applications (including natural gas, landfill gas, and bio-gas applications). Included in these responsibilities will be integration of engine control systems with off-engine systems as required. Must have experience with designing wiring harnesses.

Duties will include design of these systems, verification and validation of functionality, and support through the field validation and into production.

The successful candidate will be required to interface with many other organizations (other engineering groups, operations, suppliers, marketing, customer service) to ensure successful completion.

Required Skills

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of work experience relevant to the position; excellent longevity in previous positions, and a degree or certificate is highly preferred.

Basic familiarity with Pro-E is required.
