Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a business development professional to be the dedicated branch Account Manager responsible for expanding our staffing business in our Duluth, GA branch. This person is responsible for generating new business through outside Sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, territory management and relationship building. We are seeking an individual, preferably, with previous Staffing Industry Sales experience, or perhaps an experienced Recruiter with a strong desire and drive to perform Business Development and Account Management.


This is a Direct Hire position and the right candidate can start ASAP!!

Job Description:

The Account Manager's job is to prospect for new customers and develop existing accounts to their fullest potential. The Account Manager is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing Branch revenue through the generation of new business and further development of existing accounts.


Developing and implementing an effective Sales plan to meet or exceed established Sales objectives


Researching potential business and current customers


Generating leads through prospecting, cold calling and networking, both in-person and via telephone


Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients and the community in order to develop new business


Making formal Sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective New Business accounts




Required Skills


Requirements:
Strong sales experience and/or a strong Client Services background is preferred, however junior to mid level sales will be considered.


Background in staffing is a huge plus


Ability to perform business presentations


Ability to successfully communicate both verbally and in writing


Ability to follow through and provide excellent customer service



Volt offers:

Base salary of $40,000 plus a lucrative commission plan and competitive benefits
