Job Listing: Industrial Maintenance **Call


Performs generalized and specialized duties in all areas of the facility to ensure safe, well maintained
work environment. *Install, repair and maintain air, water and gas lines.
*Perform general building maintenance. *Maintain HVAC system, including air compressors
and air handling units; make minor repairs. *Install and repair racks, conveyors and material
handling equipment. *Perform minor electrical repairs. *Perform periodic maintenance to
boilers and other mechanical building equipment. *Contact suppliers and contractors for
parts and repair jobs. *Perform other duties as required.


Required Skills

Requirements:
*High school diploma or trade school equivalent. *Must be able to read blueprints and
machine shop manuals. *Must have a working knowledge of plumbing, pipe fitting, masonry,
carpentry, welding and HVAC equipment. *Must be able to safely operate machine shop
tools. *Electrician background and at least 2 years experience in building maintenance preferred.
*Experience with conventional machine shop tools.
