What would your proven success in Industrial Sales and Marketing, bring to this direct hire position as a Sales & Marketing Manager for our client, located in Bloomsburg, PA?


In this role, the successful candidate will direct the local sales team on sales and marketing initiatives and have the responsibility for continued sales growth. Your leadership will play a key role to develop, coach and mentor the sales staff, staff retention and new business development. You will also be responsible for proven results in improving overall service and support of all customers.


This is a critical position that requires proven success in demonstrated leadership, big picture thinking, strong relationship building and communication skills. Are you the one???

Required Skills




The successful candidate will have the following experience:

5+ years of proven sales and leadership experience

5+ years of supervisory/management experience

College degree preferred

Previous experience in wholesale, industrial or distribution

Success and ideas for implementing process improvements to meet branch and sales goals

Ability to improve and maintain relationships with external customers to identify and anticipate needs,share understanding and exceed customer expectations

Proven success to implement marketing and sales initiatives to positively impact sales goals

Effective communication skills and demonstrated ability to model superior customer service

Examples of motivating, inspiring and achieving results through others

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and other various software

Flexibility for travel and additional hours as required
