Required Skills

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

Middle office experience

experience as a Business Analyst

fixed income / structured products experience

REQUIREMENTS:

4 year degree in Business or computer related field.

CPA or MBA preferred.

Minimum 5-7 years experience in banking and or technical environment, with extended exposure to a trading environment preferred.

Experienced in leading teams preferred.



Candidate should be able to creatively and effectively partner with the Operations Senior Leaders along with counterparts in other support divisions (Technology, Finance, Credit, Risk, etc). Proven performer with ability to work independently and in a team environment where members are from diverse arenas. Must be organized, creative, analytical individual with an ability to focus on the Big Picture while understanding and promoting details. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to diverse areas and levels both verbally and in written form.

Must be able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and within scope.

Prior experience with Interest Rate or Structured Credit Products Middle Office a strong plus.
