As a result, the company is looking for an exceptional CLINICAL STUDY MANAGER who will manage clinical research programs from “cradle to grave”.
POSITIONS ARE LOCATED IN THE MIDWEST AND THE COMPANY IS PROVIDING A GENEROUS RELOCATION PACKAGE TO THE CHOSEN CANDIDATE.
Job Purpose:
As Clinical Study Manager, you will direct and coordinate the clinical research programs designed to support the Company’s efforts to obtain approved New Drug Applications (NDAs) and Abbreviated New Drug Applications for a variety of therapeutic entities. You will support the development of project and programs including identifying the project scope as well as managing project costs, timelines, metrics and deliverables.
You will manage your team of external and internal staff including Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Trial Administrators and a Clinical Affairs Coordinator. In this autonomous role, you will be responsible for financial and operational performance of assigned projects, ensuring project/program milestones and objectives are met.
Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in scientific discipline
- A minimum of four (4) years clinical research experience with two (2) years clinical study management experience in a pharmaceutical/biotechnology company, CRO or clinical trials research environment.
- Two (2) years supervisory experience
- Ability to travel 25-30%
