Job Listing: CLINICAL OUTSOURCING ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

As a result, the company is looking for an exceptional CLINICAL OUTSOURCING ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR who will create the systems and tools designed to manage the company's clinical outsourcing functions.

POSITIONS ARE LOCATED IN THE MIDWEST AND THE COMPANY IS PROVIDING A GENEROUS RELOCATION PACKAGE TO THE CHOSEN CANDIDATE.

Job Purpose:

As Clinical Outsourcing Associate Director, you will identify cost effective, high quality clinical trial vendors who will support the client's needs with preclinical, monitoring, management of Phase I-IV clinical programs, bioequivalence, analytical and clinical laboratories, data management, investigator meeting coordination and other associated contracting needs. You will collaborate with study managers and clinical scientists to define projects and programs including scope, costs, timelines, metrics and deliverables.



Required Skills

- Bachelors degree; prefer MBA.

- Five (5) years clinical research experience.

- Proven negotiation skills including three (3) years demonstrated success negotiating with clinical trial vendors

- Demonstrated ability negotiating with clinical vendors both in and out of the US

- Knowledge of pricing and costing clinical trials

- Financial training and/or accounting, purchasing, accounts payable or accounts receivable experience within the clinical trial arena

- Proven experience developing Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), management of the vendor selection and bidding process

- MS Office, including MS Project proficiency
