Required Skills
The ideal candidate must be professionally mature with excellent writing skills. This individual will be supporting a VP and must be able to handle complex administrative projects, track budgets, update databases, prepare charts/tables, coordinate space and facilities moves, coordinate travel arrangements, etc. Must have excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, be deadline driven and have ability to multi-task.
