Job Listing: Operations Specialist
Volt Workforce Solutions is searching for self-motivated, intelligent and responsible individuals for the position of Operations Specialist.

Job Duties include
Scan mail pieces using a flatbed scanner or feeder.
Research and identify account information for correct mail processing
File mail pieces accurately and quickly
Storage/Retrieval of Mail pieces
Ship mail pieces using shipping software from both DHL and the USPS
Use web-based software to perform tasks
Pick-up and delivery of mail from local US Post Office as required
Participate in team meetings
This is a temp to perm position and excellent benefits would be provided including stock options, 401k, medical,dental and paid time off's.
Required Skills
Must be available normal business hours as well as evenings and weekends.
Ability to read and recite numbers and letters in proper sequence
Ability to follow sequences or procedures consistently
Moderate computer skills involving mouse manipulation and limited typing.
Strong throughput rate with high accuracy
Strong organizational/clerical skills
Flexibility, adaptability and able to work weekends, nights and overtime
Working familiarity with the Internet, email, and the postal system.
Car and current and valid driver's license optional
Must be able to pass Background/Credit Check, Drug test
Able to place and retrieve 10 lb items from 1 ft off the floor to 6 feet off the floor
o Able to carry up to 20 lbs distances of 50 ft without strain
o Able to transport/guide up to 100 lbs of material on a cart

Salary and Benefits
$9.50 - $10.00 Hourly DOE
