Responsibilities:
-Responsible for follow-up with insurance to assure timely payment of claims
-Respond to billing questions, changes on accounts, follow-up regarding non-payments, filing secondary insurance, or sending more information
-Generating forms and receipts
-Receive, sort, and process insurance claim forms
-Monitor Insurance accounts
-Review insurance remittance statements
-Daily deposits

Required Skills
-High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training
-Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
-Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
-Ability to calculate figures and amounts
-Ability to solve practical problems
-Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
