Job Listing: Machine Electronics Systems Engineer
Our client is a world-class leader in this field and is looking for high-performing engineers like you to bring your skills and experience to conceptualizing, developing and designing the process improvement strategies needed by their suppliers. By assessing supplier capability, developing improvement plans, and managing these processes, you will ensure that suppliers continually exceed production goals.
Our customer has an immediate need for an engineer to serve as a Machine Electronics Systems Engineer for the development of electronic control features on earth moving equipment. Typical activities include working with product group to define customer needs, requirements documentation, system design, algorithm development, lab and machine verification. The Systems Engineer is responsible for working with other engineers to integrate machine controls systems to meet machine performance targets.
THIS OPPORTUNITY IS LOCATED IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS. THOSE CANDIDATES WILLING TO RELOCATE ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
Required Skills
Minimum qualification for this opportunity include:
-BS Degree in Electrical, Agricultural, Mechanical, or Computer Engineer
-Good planning, communication, customer focus, and analysis (troubleshooting) skills are required.
Desirable Qualifications: A general understanding of Electronics systems and components. The ability to use computer based diagnostic tools and testing equipment is desired. The understanding of C/C++ programming, control theory, vehicle communication networks, computer vision, and embedded controllers is beneficial.
