Required Skills

Have you traveled extensively? Have you arranged extensive travel for others? Are you an "out of the box thinker"? We are seeking someone with excellent organizational skills, strong common sense and the ability to think quickly on their feet. Ideally we are seeking experience that includes heavy Outlook calendaring and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Word 07, Outlook 07, and Excel 07. Experience in arranging extensive travel domestic/international both multi-leg and domestic. Access and Power Point are also helpful.
