Job Listing: Receptionist
Volt Technical Resources is partnering with a local manufacturing corporation to offer a contract-to-direct Receptionist opportunity. Compensation for this opportunity depends on experience.
As the Receptionist for such a large company, the first duty is answering the phone in a timely manner and with a professional attitude. Making sure you are transferring callers to the correct individual, and taking accurate messages in a timely manner is very important. Candidate will also be in charge of maintaining internal audit records, as well has maintaining purchase order files. Scheduling and assisting with the preparation for meetings and special events will also be managed by the Receptionist. Other duties will be assigned on an as needed basis.

Required Skills
Experience with all Microsoft Office applications; particularly writing reports in Microsoft Access. No less than one year of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
