Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing information systems/technology expertise and implementing a solution in accordance with contractually established terms and conditions.
Manages technical/service relationship between the company and the customer, and between the company and subcontractors/vendors.
Monitors implementation to ensure project/program compliance to budget, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Works with the Client Manager to retain customers and build the business.
Entry: Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope.
Utilizes professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.
Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.
Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
Plan, coordinate, and support business processes, systems, and users by applying knowledge of information technology (IT) disciplines.
Train users according to technical, release, and security standards. Work independently or as part of a project team.
Develop (code), test, document, and support enhancements to business solutions.
Understand and apply formal development techniques (e.g., structured programming and standards specified by ITO Service Delivery Manager).
Coordinate, implement and install business solutions of moderate complexity.
