A leading producer of industrial resins is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. This individual will be supervising production employees, maintaining communication with upper management and prepare reports entailing product quality, production output and cost control. You will also be responsible for communicating the importance of performance and the attainment of plant goals to your employees. The right candidate will have supervisory experience in a prior chemical environment. This company upholds high environmental standards to protect water and air.
Required Skills
