Volt in partnership with a local Puget Sound company is looking for customer service specialists to assist them during their busy season. Employees would handle inbound calls for orders and all order follow-up and troubleshooting. Candidates will be expected to multi-task by taking in orders by phone or over the internet and entering accurate data into a proprietary database for processing. Employees may also be expected to do some research, trouble shooting and follow through with clients to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders.

Required Skills
Ideal candidates must have strong customer service and data entry (alpha numeric and ten key) skills. Attention to detail, excellent attendance and overall flexibility are the keys to success for any candidate in this role. Prior customer service or clerical support experience is preferred.
