Job Listing: Part-time Quickbooks Clerk
Work in a small but busy organization, where you can put your accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll talents to good use. Functions will include inputting and processing payables cycled weekly, in addition to managing and completing various administrative duties revolving around the accounting department. You will also be servicing vendors and internal customers as required. This is a deadline driven environment, requiring some task flexibility. This is a possible temp-to-direct position with easy parking and fast paced duties, where the days will fly by!
Required Skills
A minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable and Receivable experience is required. Additional requirements include fast and accurate alpha and numeric data entry with 10-key by touch. Qualified candidate MUST be proficient with QuickBooks accounting software , as well as MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook.
