Volt Services Group has an immediate opening for energetic, driven and experienced sales professional to fill the position of Account Manager for the North Puget Sound area. This position demands someone that loves a challenge and possesses the passion, tenacity, drive, and confidence it takes to succeed in sales. A strong candidate will have experience and enjoy managing a multi-million dollar territory, with responsibility of overall growth and retention of current and prospective clients. Duties will include top-to-bottom management of all sales functions including cold calling, telemarketing, client meetings, presentations, new and current account development and consultative workforce design solutions tailored to client needs. The Account Manager works closely with our professional and tenured recruiting team to provide temporary and direct placement personnel in administrative, financial, accounting, management, human resources, light industrial, production, and assembly professions. Required Skills

Eligible candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years B2B sales experience, with proven documentation of growth, new customer development and customer retention. Candidates will have extensive knowledge of territory management, presentation abilities, exceptional follow-up, customer service skills, and a professional appearance and demeanor. A successful Account Manager must be a self-starter who views a professional sales career as their long-term goal. A strong desire not only to succeed, but to lead as well is critical.
