Job Listing: Tool and Die Maker

Aerotek is currently seeking for a full time experienced Tool and Die Maker for one of the leading companies in Utah that designs and manufactures disposable medical devices.

This is an excellent opportunity to get a foot in the door with a leading company in the state of Utah.
The Tool and Die maker needs to be proficient in reading and understanding tooling Blue Prints. Able to evaluate molding problems, recommend and implement tooling modifications as corrective action. Must know how to use the appropriate precise measuring tools. Proficient in the use of all machining equipment (mills, lathes, surface grinders).
Must be proficient CNC lathes, Fadal CNC mill and very familiar programming using Unigraphics CAM/ Master CAM. The tool and die maker must have at least 10 years minimum trade or field training.

Major Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve existing production molds.
Modify prototype injection molds.
Repair molds.
Perform preventative maintenance to molds.
Maintain shop records.
Control shop inventory.
Build new multi-cavity production molds.
Build rapid prototype single cavity molds.

Day Shift-6am-2:30pm M-F + OT

This position pays $25.00 - $30.00 per hour and offers excellent benefits.
