As part of the Aerotek team, you will be part of a record setting team responsible for maintaining a high level of sales recruiting activity, servicing existing accounts, building long-term relationships with contractors and clients, delivering highly qualified technical candidates to clients, and assisting in account management. In short, you will work independently and as part of a team to recruit/sell highly skilled, technical employees for our clients.
Aerotek promotes from within. Candidates start as a Technical Recruiter and take full mastery of that role before they are promoted to an Account Manager.
Recruiter Responsibilities Include:
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the Recruiter is responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement and management of contract employees. Ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients. Provides World Class Service to contract employees and clients by earning their respect and acting with the greatest amount of professionalism
Account Manager Responsibilities:
The Account Manager is responsible for all steps associated with sales process, to include: execution of sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify their needs and sell appropriate services, manage on-going account maintenance and deliver effective, professional proposals. The Accounts Manager should have the ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients as well as work with a sense of urgency and independently to facilitate business success.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- 0 - 3 years of successful sales/internships/customer service experience.
- A strong desire to grow into a sales and sales management role.
- A track record for over quota performance.
- Experience in a service-oriented business or Outside Sales environment.
- PC literate in Windows including, MS Word, Netscape and Internet.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to multi-task.
- Desire to learn and teach as well as the ability to persevere through difficult situations.
Company Benefits:
You will receive a competitive base salary of $33,000, commission, and an exceptional benefits package including a 401(k) plan, parental leave, and vacation, personal & holiday pay.
