Job Listing: Sr Java Developer

Our client is in need of three Sr. Java Developers immediately. Qualified candidates will be interviewing for programmer positions on the project team. The ideal candidate will be strong at writing code and have experience in technologies used by the project. These technologies include: Java, JSP Java Servlets, Java Script, Struts, HTML, Eclipse, Hibernate, Java Web Start, Tomcat, POI, Microsoft SQL Server, Tivoli Directory Services (TDS), & Crystal Reports for Eclipse.
The purpose of this project is to create a new system to manage the flow of waste materials within Shaw. This system will eventually be used in all Shaw Plants and combines features of multiple current systems with improved tools for waste management into one system. The system will be a Web based system written in JAVA. The databases used will be Microsoft SQL Server. The team for this project will be 6 people, 1 senior analyst and 5 programmers, all located at Plant IS in Dalton. The project is to take no less than 2 years to complete.
