Job Listing: Transportation Engineer

Position Description:

This position is responsible for development of geometric (horizontal and vertical) layout and roadway alignment engineering for major roadway and light-rail design projects. The position offers the opportunity to work as a design engineer, assist in supervision of EIT and other design staff members. You will be working on some of the most exciting transportation projects Utah has to offer! Must have strong technical skills in roadway alignment design, previous experience with rail or light-rail layout is a plus but not necessary. Must have a strong proficient in using In-roads and Microstation.

Qualifications

Education: BS in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum of 4-10 years of active design experience or MS in civil engineering plus 4 years of active design experience. Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have good oral and written communication skills.

License/Registration/Certificates:
PE (Professional Engineer) License
