Job Listing: Part time Administrative Assistant

Our client is looking for a part-time administrative assistant. The hours for this job are a flexible 20-30 hours a week.

Qualifications for this administrative assistant include:

*** Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

*** Communication capability with customers.

*** Previous experience being an administrative assistant.

*** Maintaining individuals calendars and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities for this administrative assistant include:

*** Providing support to the training group.

*** Maintaining accurate records of all training activities.

*** Scheduling shipping, receiving and monitoring of simulation equipment movement.

*** Typing, copying, and collating of all training documentation.
