Title: Mechanical/Architectural Designer
An architectural firm in Albuquerque is currently seeking a Mechanical/Architectural Designer to perform related activities at our client’s semiconductor Fab facility in Albuquerque.

The Mechanical/Architectural Designer will:
1. Maintain design schedules and change control

2. Represent the client by interfacing between client and design AE firms, coordinating designs.

3. Maintain client tool design standards.

4. QA deliverables to assure all design and field construction changes have been incorporated into record backgrounds and files.

5. Report weekly status to design managers.


Mechanical/Architectural Design Coordinator Qualifications:
1. Position requires an experienced designer (Mechanical, Electrical, PSSS, Structural, or Architectural disciplines).

2. Experience with semiconductor design or equipment installs a plus.

3. Able to open, print, or pan within drawings and backgrounds.

4. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

5. Capable of leading meetings.

6. Be able to work with others in a team environment.

7. Possess good communication and organizational skills.

8. Be self motivated with a strong desire to learn.


Basic Qualifications:
3 – 5 years experience in a design role
AutoCad experience
MicroStation is a plus
