Job Listing: Helpdesk Technician

TEKsystems is currently seeking qualified personnel for multiple Helpdesk Technician positions with a government contractor in Boise, Idaho. Our client provides operational solutions for a large government Intranet site.

Applicants should have the following prerequisites to apply:
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hardware troubleshooting and Microsoft Windows software experience are a plus.
- Experience on a help desk or equivalent call center is a plus.
- Applicants must be a citizen of the United States, able to pass a Background/Drug screen, and must be able to obtain a "Secret" level security clearance.

This is a long term contracting engagement (1 year plus) with the opportunity for fulltime employment. The starting salary is $10.00/hr with the opportunity for advancement. Flexible work schedules are available.
