Requesting an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Regional Vice President. This position is working in a fast-paced, multi tasking environment in Vancouver, WA.
Duties include:
- Maintain special and recurring internal reports, records and controls
- Schedule meetings, conference calls, and coordinate calendars as requested
- Set up management conference and annual receptions
- Use of general office equipment
- Maintain office files
- Process invoices for payment
- Reports to the Region Vice President
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant
- College degree preferred
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Great organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be accurate, professional, and focused
- Customer service oriented and a team player
- Types 60+ wpm
