Job Listing: Maintenance Mechanic

Aerotek is seeking for experienced for Maintenance Electricians for a large distribution facility in North Kansas City, MO.

This individual will be responsible for conducting daily preventive maintenance and repair on all distribution center equipment. The Maintenance Electrician positions will be contract to hire position on 3rd shift.

JOB DUTIES:
- Performs inspections, plans and implements scheduled repairs.
- Coordinates emergency repairs with Maintenance staff and Operations Management.
- Troubleshoots problems with mechanical, electrical, electronic and HVACP equipment.
- Plans and occasionally leads maintenance projects.
- Maintains equipment and inventory records.
- Develops maintenance best practices methods and trains others on subjects within areas of expertise.
- Other duties as assigned.


JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate or Vo-Tech degree preferred.
- Minimum of (4) years experience in (1) of the following fields: Mechanical, electrical, electronics, welding and fabrication or with HVACP equipment.
