Job Listing: Web Designer

Our client is looking for a Web Designer. This position is responsible for graphic design including: website design, creation of FLASH animation presentations, and collateral design.

Responsibilities:

- Design page layouts and graphical elements for Internet and intranet
- Creates graphic images, photographs, and layouts to be used in collateral (electronic and print)
- Recommends website navigational changes to enhance the presence of the website and encourage desired conversions
- Create educational, sales and instructional FLASH® animation presentations
- Assists with adding new web features onto our already existing platform
- Maintains a consistent look and feel across websites and collateral

Required Skills:

- Experience with developing websites in HTML, XHTML, and Active Server Pages (ASP)
- Advanced FLASH animation skills
- Experience working with Macromedia Dreamweaver
- Image software experience (I.E. Adobe Creative Suite 3)
- Excellent graphics/artistic/design skills
- Basic Video Editing and production with streaming audio/video
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems a plus
- XML skills
- Maintains knowledge of the current web standards
