Job Listing: Executive HR Director

We are currently seeking an HR Executive Director. Our client is the leading provider of educational services to public, private and religious schools nationwide. They offer a comprehensive portfolio of programs and services. Whether the right solution is educational services, special education programs, Title I services for private and religious schools, school-based pediatric therapy, or early childhood programs..


HR Executive Director reporting directly to the COO who reports to the CEO. (This is a new position)
Primary responsibility will be to push out new practices/policies and institutionalize them. Evaluating and implementing new tracking systems
Secondary responsibilities include managing annual colander, benefits compliance and recruitment
Run the HR Group (overseeing 2 HR Generalists,)
Craft policies & procedures for HR (i.e. employment paid time off, documentation practices, etc.)
Institutionalize those procedures to the HR Generalists who then will facilitate the new mandating to the field staff
Be comfortable with implementing processes to track and report
Hold managers accountable for new changes
Pro-active thinker, someone who has ideas for not only starting and creating new processes, but streamlining current ones if he/she sees the need,
