Job Listing: FULFILLMENT/QUALITY ASSURANCE CLERK

This company is a non-profit standard-setting organization promoting safe and effective emergency dispatch services world-wide. Comprised of three allied Academies for medical, fire and police dispatching, this organization supports first-responder related research, unified protocol application, legislation for emergency call center regulation, and strengthening the emergency dispatch community through education, certification, and accreditation.


Currently seeking a Fulfillment/Quality Assurance Clerk. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

-Preparing and shipping of training/testing materials.
-Assemble and mailing of course materials.
-Processing orders.
-Inventory and stocking.
-Interfacing with internal/external customers.

Attention to detail is mandatory. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Seeking motivated candidate who is a team players and able to work with many personality types and under time constraints and a schedule. Qualified candidates must have strong internal and external customer service skills and a background in shipping/receiving, data entry, and general office skills.
