Title: On-Premise Manager (OPM) Department: Field
General Description:
The On-Premise Manager (OPM) is responsible for overall account management for multi-location national accounts or large single location accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, the identification, training, development, and supervision of the Delivery team(s) assembled to service the account. The On-Premise Manager (OPM) must have extensive knowledge of the client's culture and business practices. It is the responsibility of the On-Premise Manager (OPM) to ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and best practices are consistently being executed. The On-Premise Manager (OPM) is accountable to assist and monitor each location with regards to customer specific reporting, contractor orientation, and site specific training.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development of customer specific Standard Operating Procedures. This includes the identification of best practices to service the account
2. Assist the Implementation team in identifying and developing site specific process customizations
3. Maintain the SOP by making necessary updates to processes
4. Communicate and train Delivery team on all updates made to the SOP
5. Ensure screening, orientations and/or training requirements are being followed at all locations
6. Update Aerotek @ Client Employee Handbook as necessary.
7. Partner with the appropriate internal resources (i.e. Account Manager, Director of Branch Operations, Director of National Sales or Director of Delivery) to conduct Quarterly Business Review meetings with Client's executive team
8. Serve as the interface between the internal delivery teams and the Director of Branch Operations or Director of Delivery
9. Recruit, screen, train, and develop members of the internal delivery teams
10. Coordinate the preparation of client specific reports on an ad hoc basis or as required by Service Agreement. Meet with client to discuss and review reports
11. Coordinate and evaluate all reporting documentation for each location
12. Provide resolution to issues escalated from the site specific delivery teams
13. Monitor production goals as specified by the DBO or Director of Delivery
14. Maintain a professional work environment in alignment with current client culture
15. Develop and execute a Corrective Action plan if the SLAs in the contract are not being met by the delivery team
16. Build and maintain a relationship with the client's Executive Team and Decision Makers
17. Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution
Required Education and/or Experience:
3+ years experience with any one or a combination of the following: management of a team, high volume recruiting, managing a high volume account, providing on-premise support to a client, or managing project plans. High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or prior business experience preferred.
Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:
The On-Premise Manager (OPM) must be self-motivated; process oriented and possess excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service, organizational, problem solving and time management skills are essential. He/she must be PC literate in a Windows environment including, MS Word, Outlook and the Internet. Working knowledge of one or more of the following areas is preferred but not required: Kronos, WMS tools, MS Project, project management methodology and/or business process modeling. The On-Premise Manager (OPM) must be able to represent Aerotek in a positive manner both internally and externally.
