Job Listing: Continuous Improvement Facilitator

Aerotek is currently seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Facilitator for a position with a alternate energy company.

This Continuous Improvement Facilitator will be responsible for:
- Develop and oversee Production Technology’s CI and Lean Production program.
- Act as change agent of the organization, cultivate and implement the new Kaizen and Lean cultures through the Cross-Functional Teams (CFT’s) and throughout the entire Production Technology group.
- As part of the steering team, lead and fine-tune the CI strategies and road map to support division’s KSI’s and other performance goals.
- Provide training and workshops to Production Technology’s employees with essential tools such as Visual workshop, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban system, and Lean Production system.
- Identify non-value added activities through the entire machine build processes and eliminate inefficiencies in order to standardize and optimize the business model of “continuous build process”.
- Establish a new employee empowerment system that motivates employees and teams through a sound suggestion and reward process.
- Focus on team approach, system-driven, and supplier partnership in the course of implementing the identified opportunities.
