Job Listing: SAP Trainer

Our client is looking for an experienced SAP trainer.


Must haves:

The Training Instructor/Developer/Data Developer III should have 4 or more years of experience designing and delivering training. The candidate should also have experience developing training data for exercises across multiple modules. The training delivery experience should include both small (15 or less attendees) and large (100+ attendees) audiences, preferably within a large government engagement. The training experience should also include thorough knowledge of multiple SAP modules, multiple business processes within an enterprise, and all associated SAP transactions. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and strong presentation skills utilizing both briefing slides and systems based, hands-on training. They should also have considerable experience with software tools such as WinRunner or CATT scripts, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. They should also be capable of mentoring and guiding less experienced associates.

Experience Skills and Years:

- 9 years experience in business or consulting and 4 years training experience
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and SAP applications
- Commercial, Military or DOD supply chain/logistics deployment experience on large engagements, government engagements preferred
- Training data development for at least 2 previous projects

* Ability to author training materials using the RWD uPerform tool and inform others.
* Extensive knowledge of one or more SAP applications (R/3, APO, BW) Use of scripting tools to create volumes of transactional and master data in a training environment
