Job Listing: Japanese Customer Service

Employer is looking for a Japanese speaking customer service representative who can also communicate in English to work in their company. This company produces natural health care products world-wide. You must be able to read and speak Japanese, and write Japanese if possible. You will be providing day-to-day service by completing order entries for products, answering questions, processing debit and credit memos, tracking shipments and supporting customers in Japan. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, 6 months of customer service experience, accurate computer skills and have a high school diploma or GED. No cold calling, inbound calls only!

Pay starts at $11 per hour, with a possibility of a $.25-$.50 increase every 90 days. Part Time to Full Time work available. Working hours are 3 pm-11 pm Monday-Friday. Must work 4-5 hours each day.
