Job Listing: Operations Manager

Immediate opening for an Operations Manager in Fond du Lac.

Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Responsible for daily and weekly reporting to manage and improve site production, quality, payroll and invoice generation.
+ Develop product pricing strategies
+ Ensure site supervisors and leads comply with the site management responsibilities and company policies
+ Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with client's managers, supervisors and associates
+ Implements and applies engineering philosophies
+ Communicate with the Regional Operations manager and HR Manager

Qualified applicants should have a college degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management or similar. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience with all aspects of manufacturing/distribution. Proven track record of Managerial success.
