Job Listing: Fund Accountant

Well-established financial institution is now looking for Fund Accountants/Portfolio Analysts! Much room for advancement, great hours. As a Fund Accountant, you will monitor cash and asset variances between their core systems and accounting systems on a daily basis, and resolve any discrepancies. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5, with an average 10 hour overtime/week.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance
- Able to show coursework pertaining to:
- Derivatives
- Portfolio Management
- International Business
- Classes/Projects pertaining to company stock/price
- Experience in investment accounting or the securities industry a PLUS
- Internships with financial investment firms a PLUS

Candidate:

- Sharp and well-communicated
- Ability to work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Inspire confidence in others through quality work

Required Skills for Fund Accountant Job:

  • BACHELORS DEGREE IN FINANCE
  • SECURITIES KNOWLEDGE
