Job Listing: Pharmacy Technician

A leading pharmacy, located in North County San Diego, is looking for Pharmacy Technicians to join their team.

Description of Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include processing prescriptions while ensuring accuracy, making outbound calls to patients and doctors' offices to clarify prescription order information, educating customers on benefits, eligibility, and claims, addressing routine to complex customer inquiries and prescription processing activities using established policies, procedures, and guidelines, working with multiple computer program applications, documenting all calls clearly and precisely, and assisting in other areas as needed.

Requirements:
The chosen candidate must possess customer service experience, preferably over the phone. Pharmacy Technician experience as well as a valid Pharmacy Technician license in CA is required. Fluency in Spanish and call center background are ideal. Ability to adhere to a strict attendance policy and flexibility with assigned schedules are required. Excellent verbal, written, and multi-tasking skills are essential. Computer proficiency and typing skills are a must.
