Job Listing: MAC Helpdesk Analyst

Our client located in Wilmington, DE is looking for a MAC helpdesk Analyst for a 6 month w2 contract.

On a day-to-day basis, this candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing 1st-3rd level phone and email support to 6000 users in DE, NY, CA, Milan, Paris.
- Handling MAC and PC issues.

Requirements for the role include:
- Active Directory
- Wireless PDA
- Remote Access
- Windows knowledge

- 1 to 3 years MAC experience required for this role.
