Job Listing: Phlebotomist

Immediate opening for a Phlebotomist to work for a clinical laboratory located in Watsonville, CA. This is a contract position and pays $12-$13/hr.

Job Duties:
- Draw blood from patients or donors for various medical reasons
- Assembles equipment, such as needles and disposable containers for needles, gauze, cotton, alcohol on work tray
- Verify and record identity of patient or donor
- Communicate with patient to alleviate any fear or concern
- Collect urine drug screens
- Follow all safety protocols

Qualifications:
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency and completion of an approved phlebotomy training course OR minimum of one year verifiable phlebotomy experience
